How much is the community discount?

Verified members save 20% on their order at thehues.com. The exact amount is shown on your code once you are verified.

What information do I need to verify?

VerifyPass asks for the details that match your group, such as a work email, a service record or a student ID. Verification happens on VerifyPass, and TheHues never sees or stores your documents.

How long is my code valid?

Each code is single-use and is tied to the person who was verified. If it expires or you want to place another order, return to this page and verify again for a fresh code.

Can I combine it with a sale or another code?

No. The community discount cannot be stacked with other promotions or discount codes. Checkout applies one code per order.

Can I apply it to an order I already placed?

Codes cannot be applied retroactively. If you ran into trouble while checking out, contact our team and we will help.

My verification did not go through. What now?

VerifyPass will offer a manual review step where you can upload supporting documents. If you are still stuck, reach out to us and we will look into it with you.
