Hand wash gently in cold water. Dry flat in the shade to protect the velvet pile and curtain shape.

  1. Remove hooks and rings, then gently shake off loose dust outdoors.
  2. Use cold water at 30°C or below with a neutral detergent for wool and silk. Do not use washing powder or any bleach.
  3. Soak for 10–15 minutes only. Do not leave soaking for longer.
  4. Gently press the fabric by hand and rinse repeatedly until the water is free of suds. Do not rub or scrub.
  5. Press out water without twisting or wringing. Wrap in a thick towel to absorb excess water if needed.
