Are these difficult to measure for?

Not at all. Since you're ordering custom, just measure your rod width and the distance from the rod to where you want the curtain to end. We handle the math to make sure they fit perfectly without those annoying light gaps.

Do they look like cheap polyester shiny curtains?

Nope, that's exactly what we avoided. The faux linen weave gives them a matte, organic texture that looks and feels premium. Most guests won't even realize it's a performance fabric.

Can I put these in the washing machine?
