FAQ

Our Arched Window Solution Service provides made-to-measure drapery systems specifically designed for arched windows. This includes customized curved curtain tracks and optional fabric panels. Since no two arches are exactly alike, every project is individually quoted based on your window dimensions and photos.

* First start by submitting an inquiry directly on this product page.
* We'll then guide you to with the required measurements so we can create your custom quote.
* Upload a front-facing photo of your arched window for us to better understand and review your windows.
* Proceed to checkout, enter contact and shipping information and we'll reach out within 24-48 hours.

To ensure an accurate quote, please prepare:
* A clear, front-facing photo of your arched window
* Precise measurements (width, height, arc length, etc.) following our guidelines
* Any preferences you may have, such as curtain style, fabric type, or lining options

Pricing depends on several factors, including the complexity of the arch design, chosen materials, and the overall dimensions of your window. Because each order is tailor-made, you'll receive a personalized price estimate after we review your photo and measurement form.

Yes. The order will include the corresponding custom track system designed for your arched window, so there's no need to purchase additional hardware or accessories separately.

The arched window curtain panels are attached to the track using Velcro tape. This means they cannot glide open and close like standard curtains. To open them, the fabric can be gathered and secured to the sides with tiebacks.
