Variation de couleur

Les fibres naturelles peuvent varier légèrement de couleur en raison de différences d'origine, de période de récolte, de climat et de stockage. Même au sein d'un même lot, de légers dégradés de couleur peuvent apparaître en raison de l'exposition à la lumière et de l'oxydation. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour garantir l'homogénéité des couleurs des produits commandés dans un même espace ; veuillez donc indiquer clairement le nom des pièces lors de votre commande.

Caractéristiques naturelles et tissées à la main

Nos rideaux en herbe tressée sont fabriqués à la main à partir de fibres végétales naturelles. De légères variations de couleur, des textures irrégulières, de subtiles marques de tissage ou un parfum végétal naturel sont considérés comme des caractéristiques normales du matériau et n'affectent pas sa performance. Ces éléments ne constituent pas un défaut de qualité et ne sont ni repris ni échangés .

Tolérance de taille

En raison de la nature des matériaux tissés à la main, de légers écarts de taille (± 1 à 2 cm), des fils lâches ou des franges peuvent apparaître. Ces variations sont conformes aux tolérances industrielles et n'affectent pas l'utilisation.

Adéquation environnementale

En tant que produit en fibre naturelle, les rideaux en herbe tissée ne doivent pas être utilisés dans des environnements très humides, très chauds ou soumis à des tensions excessives. Les dommages causés par une utilisation inappropriée ne sont pas couverts par le service après-vente .

Vieillissement naturel des couleurs

Au fil du temps (généralement après 6 mois), les tissus naturels peuvent subir de légères variations de couleur dues à l'exposition à la lumière, à l'oxydation et aux facteurs environnementaux quotidiens. Il s'agit d'un processus de vieillissement normal qui n'est pas considéré comme un défaut .

Extension de longueur naturelle

En raison de la gravité, les tissus naturels peuvent légèrement s'étirer après avoir été suspendus, généralement de 1 à 2 cm. Il s'agit d'une réaction physique courante qui n'indique pas un problème de qualité .

Inside Mount

Drill-Mounting Installation (Inside Mount)

Accessories Included:
• L-shaped mounting brackets x2

Make sure the bracket is installed with 1" (approx 2.5cm) clearance from the edge of the window frame to prevent the headrail from sticking out after installation.

Ensure symmetrical spacing between brackets. After confirming the location, mark the holes for drilling. Use an electric drill or screw drive to secure the brackets in place. If your wall is concrete textured please use the expansion screws for secure installation.

For inside mount, mounting brackets can be secured on top or on the side, depending on your space.

Once both brackets are installed, hold the headrail up and insert the bolt into the slit. Then rotate the nut until it is securely placed.

For corded shades, fix the cord cleat to the side of the window to coil shade cords, preventing accidental strangulation hazards for children and pets.

No-drill Installation (Inside Mount Only)

Installation Kit Includes:
• 13mm screws x6
• L-shaped brackets x2
• No-drill mounting bars x2

Assemble the mounting bars and L-shaped brackets as shown in the diagram

Place them flat against the inside of the headrail and tighten the screws

After both sides are installed:
1. Lift the headrail to the top of the window
2. Tighten the nuts (counterclockwise for the left; clockwise for the right)

Outside Mount

1. For optimal coverage and a finished look, we recommend installing the headrail 8 inches above the window frame.
2. The width should be 8 inches wider than your window frame on each side for better coverage (16 in total)

Make sure the brackets are leveled and mark the drilling holes.

Use an electric drill or screw drive to secure the brackets in place. Please use expansion screws if drilling into concrete surfaces.

Once both brackets are installed, hold the headrail up and insert the bolt into the slit. Then rotate the nut until it is securely placed.

For corded shades, fix the cord cleat to the side of the window to coil shade cords, preventing accidental strangulation hazards for children and pets.

Inside mount
  • Step 1: For WIDTH, measure the top, middle and bottom portion of the inside frame and use the narrowest width measurement. Then deduct 2/5” to ensure proper usability.
  • Step 2: For LENGTH, measure the left, center and right portion of the inside frame and use the longest height measurement.
Inside mount requires a minimum depth of 3 inches of the window frame.
Outside mount
  • Step 1: For WIDTH, measure the top, middle and bottom portion of the inside frame, then add 4-8” on each side to improve coverage and reduce light gaps.
  • Step 2: For HEIGHT, measure from 4-8" above the window, down to where you want the shade to sit.
No minimum depth requirement.

Can neighbors see inside at night?

Honesty time: because these are light filtering bamboo shades, you get amazing natural light during the day, but they aren't 100% opaque at night. If you have the lights on inside, people outside might see silhouettes or shadows. If you're putting these in a bedroom or street-facing window where you need total privacy, I highly recommend adding the blackout liner option during customization. It gives you the best of both worlds—that gorgeous organic look with total seclusion when you need it.

Are these a pain to keep dust-free?

Not at all! You definitely don't need to take them down or scrub them. Since it's natural bamboo, a simple dusting goes a long way. Just use the brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner on a low setting, or run a feather duster over them once in a while. It literally takes about 30 seconds per window.
